Island Perspective.

Two Jurisdictions. One Commitment. Your Interests Come First.

With more than 26 years of legal experience, Patricia Lynn Pryor, Esq., brings a broad and sophisticated legal background to her practice, with substantial experience in litigation, real estate and corporate matters, along with a variety of other areas of law.

Raised in a rural farming community, Lynn ventured out to earn her B.S. degree and her J.D. from the University of Kentucky and the University of Kentucky College of Law. After years of retail and property management, working in a corporate legal department, and managing a real estate title company with offices located throughout Kentucky, she returned to her hometown. In 2007, Lynn became the first female elected Commonwealth’s Attorney in Christian County. After serving in that role for twelve years and working in other related positions within the government, Lynn moved to the U.S. Virgin Islands in January 2021 to work for the U.S. Virgin Island Department of Justice. Between 2021 and 2026, she held the positions of Assistant Attorney General, Director of the White-Collar Crime and Public Corruption Unit, interim Chief of the Criminal Division, and Acting Deputy Attorney General.

Licensed to practice law in both the U.S. Virgin Islands and in Kentucky, Lynn understands that legal matters are rarely one-dimensional. Whether navigating a complex dispute, protecting a real estate investment, advising a business, preparing an important agreement, trademarking your personal or business logo, or helping a client plan for the future … she brings practical legal judgment, attention to detail and a client-centered approach to every matter.

The practice at Island Crown Legal is built around a single concept and philosophy: Exceptional legal counsel should be personable, accessible, and responsive.

That philosophy is at the heart of the Island Crown Concierge model. Rather than treating clients as case numbers or directing every question through layers of staff, Lynn offers clients a more personal relationship with their attorney - with thoughtful advice, responsive communication, and legal services tailored to fit their individual circumstances.
